Monday, April 7, 2014 - Sweet and smooth with soft tannins and minimal structure, this Cab has some similar characteristics to a high end Aussie Shiraz. Mixed dark berries that have a jammy consistency dominate the palate with hints of currant, spice and milk chocolate. While I like this style, not what I usually expect from Caymus.
