Monday, April 7, 2014 - Mercury hit 80+ degrees today so I was searching the cellar for something light. Found my last P2 and gave it a quick chill. Perfect choice. Bright, tart cherry, a touch of funk and a slight spritz. Tart finish with some gritty tannins. Really hit the spot.
