Wednesday, May 18, 2005 - A bit of nosh at The Burgundy Room w/ Phil and Brian (Columbus, OH): (Burgundy Room) Pale golden straw in colour. Flax and nuts on the nose. Rich and lush on the palate with sherry notes, nut meat and slight oiliness. And more. Wonderously complex with a long finish and deep notes with pale fruits, beeswax and a growing minerality. Delicious all around.
