Wednesday, May 14, 2014 - Impressed with how this turned out. No green flavors or aromas. Maybe we were wrong about 2004. Maybe the wines just require some time before the green flavors and aromas disappear like they did in '91. Very aromatic and perfumed with rose petals, rose hips, wild herbs, red cherry. Quite fresh and acid driven on the palate. Doesn't have the depth of fruit and flavors that we're used to from this vineyard but a fine effort considering the vintage.
