Saturday, May 17, 2014 - Under-performing. Nothing bad, but nothing memorable. I've had (many) dolcettos I've enjoyed more. Fruit was omnipresent, but the flavor of it was muted, even dull. Spice was in the background but a minor player in the flavor profile. What minor tannin structure there was blew off in 30 minutes. Finish was good, but relatively short. If you own this, it won't last long, so drink up.
