Saturday, May 24, 2014 - Nose expressive of hay and lemon peal, perhaps a bit of cetons, mouth very fresh with good bitter of lemon peal, ending on roasted cereals. Surprising. There's a kind of rusticity, but what an energy and personnality. Very good. Try with cheese, type "fromage à pate cuite", comté, beaufort, cantal.
