Tuesday, June 10, 2014 - Complex nose. All kinds of ground pepper - especially green and rosé. Juniper wood, herbs, bayleaf and liquorice over red and black berries. Still has kicking acidity, structure and mineral grip. Not as mellow in the mouth, more slender now. Excellent stuff that still can go for years.
