Tuesday, July 8, 2014 - Pale copper in color, this wine (100% Negrette), reveals watermelon, Asian spices, stewed red fruits and citrus rind. The mouth feel is light bodied, crisp, clean and refreshing, with copius amounts of acidity. The finish is somewhat short but the watermelon and added light cherry notes frame the acidity well.

Purchased for $$12US, this Rose' wine is well made and becomes progressively better as it warms up. Recommended to drink at 60F.
