Monday, August 13, 2007 - Deep purple color, warm earthy, leathery, mineral nose. Wonderful taste with the "Merlot" finish. I drank with Chicken Marsala which did not do this wine justice. This woud go perfect with a Filet Mignon or New York Strip. Very soft tanins which kept the drink alive.
