Monday, August 11, 2014 - Peach, peach, and peach. Even the super-juicy texture reminds me of peach. This wine has great mineral (that means unexplanable part of the palate) that gives round and thick but not sticky, almost jelly-like mouthfeel. Bone-dry, feels like all the sugar out of peach is converted into mineral and beautiful flowerly length. It makes me think of mixture of exceptional champagne blanc de noir after the bubbles are gone and truly delicious condrieu at the same time.
