Wednesday, August 15, 2007 - Pop and pour paired with grilled rib eye. Plenty of life left ... tannins have smoothed out to a nice velvety silky mouthfeel. Ruby red color, with no discoloration on the edges. Dark stewed fruit notes. Fairly short finish. Excellent offering!
