Tuesday, July 29, 2014 - Fresh, peppery, well-developed on the palate with typical notes of peaches, white flowers, soap, honey, hay and white pepper. This wine has absolutely benefited from cellaring and feels very rich and complex. I would drink now if I had more bottles.
