I don't get any peach (thankfully - I don't want peach in my Chablis), but there is plenty of lemon, lemon ice, clear fruit with a golden sun-baked edge to it, very nice acids and a long, lip smacking finish. Lots of energy here. A winner. Like most Louis Michel Chablis, I would drink this young to mid term to capture its youthful energy. In New City, Labor Day BBQ with the family.
