Monday, September 8, 2014 - Deep color. Incredibly rich aromas of honey, mineral, citrus, white flowers and a hint of smoke. This is full bodied on the palate, with incredible concentration and wonderful class. A knockout, even if its a bit tight right now. Very long finish with excellent acidity and a reverberating mineral quality.
