Thursday, September 11, 2014 - bottle and fill excellent, cork was sound but inexorably stuck in bottle and had to be extracted in bits. This is a big, tannic wine. Licorice, leather, mulberry, amaro. It tightened up after 30 minutes or so. Excellent with pasta and meatballs - should live a very long time.
