Sunday, August 26, 2007 - Good medium range color; intriguing floral nose of spiced apple, a mix of richness and freshness - more like a French hybrid than a chard, a touch of buttered popcorn; nicely balanced palate, clearly chard to taste; less acid than I expected but again fairly rich and long; good fruit & finish. Nicely done overall.
