The nose is clean and fully developed, showing medium intensity notes of butter, anise, yellow apple, cinnamon and walnuts. The wine is dry in the mouth with a medium(-) acidity. It has a medium(+) warm alcohol and a medium(+) body. It has medium(+) intensity flavours of yellow apple, cinnamon, walnuts, anise and yellow apple. The finish is medium.

It is a very good quality wine. It has a nice fruit concentration, a decent complexity provided by bottle ageing and it shows the typicity of a Rhone white. However it could be longer. Can drink now, but it has enough fruit concentration to be kept for 1-2 years more, albeit it is unlikely to develop more complexity.
