Monday, October 20, 2014 - Off the hospital winelist for to celebrate my son's Nicolas birth. At least in this hospital (Hirslanden Privé) they know what remedies their patients need. nice classical claret. Nose shows leather, sweet tobacco and dark chocolate. After 1 hour started really opening up. Not a big but a good claret now at full maturity. Drink - 2025
