Wednesday, October 22, 2014 - Notes based on third and final day after opening. Initially it had a sharp, odd after taste but it dissipated quickly. Now, opaque red/purple in glass. Raspberry and underripe strawberry nose. Easy going in the mouth, light red fruit (more raspberry with a bit of plum undertone). Well balanced tannins, short to moderate finish. Went well with meatball, pepper, and mushroom stromboli. Solid table wine.
