Sunday, November 16, 2014 - The wine changed as it warmed. At first there was more lemon/lime on the palate. Then as it warmed up, stone fruit and minerality appeared. The nose keeps evolving with apricot, yeasty bread & a hint of straw & a hint of thyme & oak. The finish is silky with a a touch of toasty oak.
