Monday, September 1, 2014 - Pale lemon in color with pronounced aromas of stone fruits, lemon-lime soda and stone. On the palate, crisp and dry with big acid and a weighty body. Peach, leaf, grass, honey, stone and licorice. Short finish. Serious food wine that paired well with (and sliced through the richness of) roasted chicken with butter and parsley smashed potatoes.
