Friday, June 3, 2011 - Deep Crimson in colour, the nose has a saturation of dark berries that are nicely contrasted by licorice and cedary oak.

The palate is opulent and balanced with plum flavours on entry fleshing out to more spicy Christmas cake notes on the back palate. The tannins are soft and provide good structure and mouth feel.
