Once it's finally in a drinkable state it shows impressive tertiary character, all stony minerality with some gamy meatiness, almost like an NSG style of Burgundy as the structure is also in a pretty rugged style. Even so, it's in Fourrier's usual ethereal weight class and is very, very drinkable.
