Tuesday, January 13, 2015 - We used Coravin, and we will again next week. Drank alongside two other red Burgundies of same vintage. Pleasant but requires a far longer breathing window than we expected. Fun, lively red fruits. I would not have picked it to be a 1997 as the power is evident.
