Saturday, January 31, 2015 - Very closed, as earlier commentators said a minimum of 3 hours decanting needed. Cool climate, working well on finish, but struggling to compete with (admittedly more expensive) Washington syrahs. Varietal characteristics only really noticeable after 90 minutes
