Saturday, January 31, 2015 - Still too early to touch this. Rich fruit with almost too much sweetness has not yet melded with the oak (which is distractingly noticeable). But there is enough here that it should become more enjoyable with age. Consumed with a subtle venison dish. Would wait a few years before going back to this wine. Would have benefited from more air time than I was able to provide it this evening.
