Tuesday, April 7, 2015 - Peter's 40th Birthday celebration at Nicolas. Light orange, very matured in appearance, with no bubbles left. Oxidative, nutty nose, with pineapples and apricots. Palate had some mushrooms, earth, brown sugar and nuts. Very interesting beginning to the evening.
