The finish is soft, structure is minimum at best, tannins are nealy non existent. Paired quite nicely with BBQ Briskit with all the fixings. It is obvious that as with most 2011 California reds, this Cabernet is for early consumtion, I plan on drinking my remaining bottles over the next couple or three years!
