Saturday, October 20, 2007 - Best Roussanne I've ever had. I'm a not normally a fan of this grape, but this wine was outstanding. Dark golden straw color; a silky mouth feel. Notes of honey, minerals and tropical fruit. Not a great match for my Italian seasoned chicken, but quite tasty on its own.
