Wednesday, June 10, 2015 - Purchased upon release and cellared in pristine fashion, this bottle shows no signs of oxidation and remains consistent with previous tastings. Medium gold in color and highly aromatic, it flaunts honeysuckle, crushed rocks, lime zest and perfumy floral notes on the nose. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, freshly acidic and seamlessly alcoholic (13.5%). The flavors mirror the nose, are layered and build in the middle. Long and crisp on the back end, this white Burgundy is holding up nicely. Well-cellared bottles should be fine for another 2-3 years. Drink now-2018.
