Monday, June 15, 2015 - Took some time to open up. A darker fruit profile on the nose that took an hour or so to give up anything. Medium bodied with medium acidity, this seemed to walk the line between red and black fruit. Very primal right now, with 14.% alcohol, it's definitely a more extracted and riper style than typical. Still, quite good
