Friday, June 19, 2015 - 2 hour decant. Moderate depth of flavor, moderate tannins. Slight heat.
I like the flavor profile, but it's not quite at the $100 level at this point. Perhaps more aging. I'm surprised how different it is from KB Sonoma and also that there's a lot of clarity at the edges for being so young.
