Sunday, July 19, 2015 - Quite fruity on the palate with a long somewhat tarty/sour finish. A bit spicy on the nose. We think it will require a few more years to develop the complexities we feel are trying to push to the top. This just might be the little engine that could...or it might be the kid who always misses the school bus. Watch this space as we have another bottle...
