Tuesday, July 21, 2015 - (Disgorged spring of 2007)
Light yellow colour and with a very youthful nose showing minerals, citrus and sulphuric notes, but opening up showing mushrooms and apricots. Palate is very pleasant showing some reductive notes and with a very nice butterscotch finish. Very nice cuvée that has developed nicely with 7-8 years of extra cellaring and still feeling very youthful and fresh. Will be interestning to see how this cuvée develops with another decade of extra cellaring!
