Saturday, August 1, 2015 - Moved from the 16C wine cellar to the freezer for 2h and took to a picnic. Best showing of this wine yet. A nose with brioche, flower and white fruit, on the palate this has only a touch of oiliness and honey (but less than for example the 06 Fevre Chablis Grand Cru Les Clos a fortnight ago), citrus keeping things in a great balance, white fruit, medium to long finish. Excellent and great QPR at the $30 or so I paid.
