Tuesday, November 13, 2007 - Aromas of vanilla and pear, with touches of white flowers. Palate has creme fraiche, apple, and pear. Mandarin orange notes on finish. Oak and malolactic? Creamy, moderately oaky chardonnay. Had with fried chicken and apple slaw.
