Thursday, September 10, 2015 - This wine can be drank with just about anything or on its own. It is drinking very well right now without any decant. Could easily age a few more years. The tannins are almost fully integrated. Not much nose, but on the palate, the wine exhibits flavors of cassis, black currant, spice and leather. I look forward to continuing to see how it develops over the next several years.
