Monday, May 11, 2015 - Opened for about 1 hour. From a warm vintage, it has a deep golden color, offers a mature nose with ripe white fruit like peach (even hints of ripe banana) and fennel. Nose keeps evolving for one more hour, the more air, the better the wine shows. The palate it's surprisingly alive: powerful, medium bodied, medium+ acidity with predominant citric flavors, mouth coating and a very long finish. A WOW wine!
