Monday, September 21, 2015 - If you like sweet rose, this is not for you. Nose gives scents of honeysuckle, orange blossom. Taste is tart, mineral, cranberry, flint. Crisp finish with a bit of sourness. Do not pair this with anything sweet otherwise it will come off as sour. Would go well with spicy Thai food.
