Monday, September 28, 2015 - Practice your White Wine Blind Tasting, with Anne McHale MW (Berry Bros & Rudd, London): Tasted blind, in the one region 3 different wines flight. Deduced Chablis.
Light apple, citrus, green fruits in general. Quite high on the acidity side,no oak, mineral. In a way linear on the flavour side, medium on the Alc front and relatively smooth. a good 86 from us.
