Tuesday, October 20, 2015 - A week in Tuscany (and Lots of wines); 10/19/2015-10/21/2015 (Tuscany, Italy): A much more traditional VdSG. Golden green in color. The nose has minerals and some oak showing. Also some peaches. On the palate, there is a strong backbone of acidity. Tart peaches, if you will. Some vanilla notes. A crisp wine with just a hint of oak showing. Nice finish. A nice wine for around $15.
