Friday, November 23, 2007 - Thanksgiving dinner, 2004 Robert Foley Claret, 2001 D'arenberg Dead Arm Shiraz, 2003 Lewis Cabernet. The Lewis was the most popular and drinking the best tonight. The Foley took about 4-5 hrs to open up. The Foley had very concentrated fruit and big tannins. It reminded me of a more concentrated young Lewis Cab without the smokey oak. This is a great Cabernet but is still young. should wait at least a year followed by alot of decanting before trying another one. 94-95pts
