Wednesday, November 4, 2015 - Nice wine. Getting there, but should still improve with a few more years in the cellar. Tannins are still there, although becoming finer. No bricking. Dill, thyme, mint, and mushrooms. Oak just a tad intrusive. Plenty of cherry and red fruits after it breathed for a while. Decanted for 30 mins, but should have decanted for an hour.
