Monday, November 26, 2007 - Drank with Owens family at Thanksgiving 2007. Decanted for sediment and let open for 20 minutes before drinking. Initial taste was pleasant mixture of the cherry and other berry flavors. Second glass after another half-hour or so in decanter showed more complexity of the flavors and a more lingering finish.
