Sunday, November 25, 2007 - A little too sweet on the first day, but the acid seemed to be in good balance after a little time open in the fridge. Nose of citrus peel, asian pear, slate, and green apple. Grapefruit and pear carry through strongest to the palate. Good value, I want to get some of the Kabinett+ to see how they are. 86 day 1, 88-89 day 2.
