Monday, December 21, 2015 - Had this second bottle about a month after the first. Based on the first i was convinced this was well past its prime. This bottle however was very satisfying. Soft tannin and nice bold dark fruit. Had the first glass alone and second with some sharp cheddar and even spicy hummus which further accentuated the flavors. No need to wait any longer on this one. Drinkable now and based on a 50% success rate might not hold up that much longer.
