Monday, December 3, 2007 - K&A X-Mas Party. 7 course pairings. 2nd Course. At first showed floral notes on the nose with touches of crisp citrus. As the glass opened up, the floralness faded and opened up to the citrus and fruitiness. Showed a lot of oakiness originally, but over some time this mellowed to smooth lemon and melon flavors rounded out by oak and a touch of vanilla. Full bodied white that coated the tongue. Not bad, but I wouldn't go out of my way to find this elsewhere.
