Wednesday, January 6, 2016 - I served this in my wine course. Spicy nose of gingerbread. Relatively rich mouth-feel. Savory finish with some tropical fruit, but not particularly ripe, maybe green mango. Very enjoyable.

P.S. Noticed even more unripe tropical in this wine when returned to it after an Albert Mann Schlossberg. This wine is continuing to improve with air. Upgrading this a point to 94.
