Tuesday, January 19, 2016 - Continue to drink well. A bit smoky, leathery, and took much garrigue when just opened. However, with some time (overnight in fridge), these these backed off bringing some fruit forward and putting the garrigue flavors into the finish. Much more enjoyable.
