Saturday, January 30, 2016 - Just gets better with time, sad this is my last bottle. Creamy character from concrete treatment shining through in lush palate coat, with still lively acids. Kiwi much more pronounced, sharp acids have pulled back a bit that plagued earlier bottles. The chalk and slate carry through the middle of this wine fantastically, with a pleasing strawberry and rhubarb finish. Perfect with Asian food.
